Sichuan Jinghong Packaging Products Company Limited ("Sichuan Jinghong") was established in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, the PRC in September 2005. Sichuan Jinghong carries out business operations and manufacturing operations in the Sichuan Factory that offers gross floor area of approximately 17,294 square metre. Currently, the Sichuan Factory was capable of a maximum annual manufacturing capacity of approximately 5,000 tonnes.

Chongqing Guangjing Packaging Products Company Limited ("Chongqing Guangjing") was established in Chongqing municipality, the PRC in October 2003. Chongqing Guangjing carries out business and manufacturing operations in the Chongqing Factory that stands on a parcel of land encompassing an area of approximately 17,601 square metre and offers gross floor area of approximately 15,874 square metre. Currently, the Chongqing factory was capable of a maximum annual manufacturing capacity of approximately 5,300 tonnes.
